CommScope, Inc. Channel Sales Manager - GPO in Virtual, Ohio

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, Analyze, Measure, and Communicate the channel strategy and business plans for CommScope’s Installer community and the impact of the plan execution.

  • Interface with regional stakeholders on processes and strategies ensuring channel account synergies across all regions.

  • Expand understanding and knowledge of emerging trends and identify opportunities to increase channel revenue through the Installer community.

  • Seek to position CommScope as a strategic partner to the Installers, through proposing business solutions, which add value to the Installer’s business and enhance its performance and reputation in each region.

  • Identify and work with appropriate sales teams to implement the channel plans for the Installer community.

  • Establish and maintain complete and up to date information on the Installer’s performance. This includes a thorough understanding of the Installer’s needs, forecast, plans , issues, organizational structure, business alliances and key competitors.

  • Develop the management tools, communication schedule, engagement activities and incentive plans to drive growth within CommScope’s Installer community.

Requirements:

  • Completed degree, preferred

  • Preferably 8 + years of sales experience in multiple customer segments, emphasis on large complex accounts.

  • Experience should include team based selling skills at a national level.

  • 5+ years of experience with Channel markets to include program development and execution.

  • Ability to travel up to 50%
