How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
Handle customer complaints independently using 8D methodology.
Create PFMEA, Control Plans, and Quality Inspection Plans.
Work closely with the NPI team to understand the new products' CTQ and controls for ensuring handover from NPI to mass production.
Provide input at design reviews and participate in drawing change request reviews with the design/development group.
Monitor process yields and conduct process capability studies (CP/CPk Study, SPC, MSA, etc.).
Ensure root cause analysis and preventive actions are implemented.
Coordinate customer inspections or third-party inspection processes and documentation.
Mentor Orange Belt project teams.
Participate in Material Review Board.
Strong auditing skills on system and process.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electronics & Telecommunication OR Electrical OR Mechanical.
Relevant working experience of 10+ years.
You Will Excite Us If You Have:
Certified Black Belt, capable of leading Six Sigma projects to reduce scrap, rework, and inspection costs.
Conduct internal audits based on TL9000.
Conducting statistical analysis using Minitab.
Knowledge of Quality SAP transactions.
