We are looking for an innovative engineer who see the big picture, can span the breadth of the product, jump into the depths of different topics and bring fresh ideas into various areas and ultimately able to lead the team through innovations.
How You’ll Help Us Connect the World:
You'll play a key role in architecting, designing, building, and deploying large-scale systems. You will be involved with our fast-paced releases. The role requires hands-on development. The role requires a deep understanding cloud-related technology, highly scaled SaaS services background and management platforms.
Architecting the Future: Collaborate with brilliant engineers to design and evolve our scalable platform. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in making strategic decisions about cloud architecture, scaled services, and system design.
Problem-Solving Innovator: Partner with product leaders to identify critical business needs and devise creative solutions. You'll design efficient workflows, bridge gaps, and deliver high-quality software that powers our platform.
Technical Leadership: Mentor and inspire your team. Share your knowledge, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of innovation.
What You'll Bring:
A deep understanding of cloud technologies and distributed systems
Strong technical skills in [relevant programming languages, e.g., Python, Java, Go]
Experience with [specific technologies or frameworks, e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP]
A passion for solving complex problems and a knack for simplifying complex concepts
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Deep expertise in Java (10 years), Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
Design and implement innovative microservices architectures leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
Develop high-performance, scalable services that can handle millions of users.
Utilize cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, and OpenStack to deliver robust solutions
Build and maintain robust APIs using technologies like RabbitMQ, Kafka, NATS, Redis, and Memcached.
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth, OpenID, and SAML.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality code and system reliability.
The ability to embrace change and learn new technologies quickly.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $170,000.00-$220,000.00
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
