The Corporate Audit & Advisory role involves assessing business processes and internal controls for risk-based audits. Work under general supervision with the opportunity to demonstrate initiative and judgment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities expected to be performed with assistance and oversight.

  • Execute audit procedures (reviews transactions and source documents analyzes internal controls) and document results of testing.

  • Obtain working knowledge of audit software, data interrogation tools, and documentation standards.

  • Assists with and supports special projects as needed

  • Prepares Excel and PowerPoint reports and presentations

Education & Skills


  • High School diploma

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related curriculum

  • Plans to obtain a CPA/CIA/CISA certification

  • Junior or Senior standing preferable

  • GPA 3.0 or higher

  • Solid basic understanding of finance/accounting/general business terms and concepts

  • Possesses a high energy level, strong work ethic and desire to learn

  • Strong inter-personal and communication (verbal and written) skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Maintains the ability to complete tasks on time and perform well under time constraints

  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (V-look ups, pivot tables, graphs, charts, etc.)
